A pre-mediation coaching session is a one on one discussion to prepare you for mediation to; - Shift to a future focused mindset - Identify best case, worse case and possible options - Reality test options - Understand fears underlying resistance for change - What changes may alleviate fears - Identify the old you at separation vs the new you now - Identify benefits to your children of you being in their life - Property settlement options - Constructive Communication during negotiations The pre-mediation session is confidential so you can feel it is a safe space to talk openly about your matter. Price is GST Inclusive
